A twist to the all time favourite Peppermint Crisp Tart, this one is a winner.
1-2 packets Tennis biscuits
4 Crunchie chocolates, chopped / crushed roughly
Mix the cream with a blender until it becomes stiff. Give the caramel a mix as well, to smooth it out. Fold the cream and caramel together.
Start layering the dessert with a layer of biscuits, then caramel mix, followed by the crushed crunchies. Repeat until your dish is full or ingredients are done.
Cover and chill for an hour.
