Peppermint Crisp Tart

Perfect for ladies lunch, braai dessert, a Tuesday, a rainy day, a sunny day, now…

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans caramel
2 slabs Peppermint Crisp chocolate
500ml cream
2 packs tennis biscuits

METHOD:
Mix the cream until think, this takes awhile. Then fold in the caramel until well mixed. (I mix the caramel a little bit as well. otherwise it’s a tad bit clumpy.)
Break, crush and grate your chocolate in a bowl.
In a square dish, layer your tennis biscuits, followed by a layer of cream caramel, then sprinkle some chocolate. Start again with your biscuits, then cream mixture and finish with the chocolate.
Foil and leave overnight in the fridge to set.
Easy as pie!
