An easy, quick and very affordable alternative or additional to a birthday cake. I made this one for a friend’s kiddy who turned 6. Much fun and sticky.
INGREDIENTS
300g Rice Krispies
8 Tablespoons Butter
One cap Vanilla Essence
500g Marshmallows (1 1/2 pack)
M&Ms
METHOD
Melt the butter over low, low heat in a pot.
Once the butter has melted, add the marshmallows.
Still on the same heat, stir the marshmallows until thoroughly melted and cook for one more minute..
Turn of the heat.
Stir in the vanilla essence.
Stir in the cereal.
Shape into a letter or number of your liking on foil/surface that is prepared with Spray and Cook and decorate.
